How do I raise requests?

If you need to raise a request about an issue in your space, here's how.

If something needs to be fixed in your space, we first need to identify the issue to make sure we can pass this directly to our facilities team. 

The best way to do this is to send a description of the issue through the in-app 'Chat', so that we can pass it on to our contractors who will be attending the space. You're also able to upload photos, videos or files directly in chat too by selecting the attachment icon in the message field.

Tip: It's helpful if the request is as detailed as possible. For example, if it's a light that's broken, we'll need to be able to locate that within the space and understand whether it's not working at all or if it's flickering.


With all the information available, the team will raise a request on our system which will then be passed directly to one of our contracting teams.


We will then be able to keep you updated on the progress of the request through the 'Support and live chat' tab in the app.
