How do I raise requests?
If something needs to be fixed in your space, we first need to identify the issue to make sure we can pass this directly to our facilities team.
The best way to do this is to send a description of the issue through the in-app Chat, so that we can pass it on to our contractors who will be attending the space.
You're also able to upload photos, videos or files directly in chat too by selecting the attachment icon in the message field.
Tip: It's helpful if the request is as detailed as possible. For example, if it's a light that's broken, we'll need to be able to locate that within the space and understand whether it's not working at all or if it's flickering.
We will then be able to keep you updated on the progress of the request through the Support and live chat tab in the app.
How do I pin my most used doors?
Use the same door time and time again? Want it at the front of your app? Here's how.
For those of us in larger spaces, it can be slightly frustrating to scroll to the relevant door each time. So, we've made it easy to pin your most used doors to the front of the app.
- Click on your profile picture to open your settings
- Click Preferred doors
- Pin any doors that you need at the front
