All tenants are able to request upgrades or add-ons for their space, which describes anything which is not stated in the heads of terms.
This can be as little as additional cleaning requests or items that we do not supply as Kitt standard, all the way to large office upgrades such as furniture or meeting rooms.
You can request add-ons in the tenant app via the 'Chat', or directly with your Account Manager.
